They pull tricks like, they decline a bill from a Drs office, that they rightfully are obligated to pay, just in hopes that the patient will cover it. So you have to be a 24 / 7 watchdog on them, to make sure they pay what they rightly should. We've had them pull this stunt on us multiple times, just for us to call them and they say "oh, yeah, we need to pay that".

UNC is NOT a good benefit from your employer. If you're employer uses UNC, they are looking for cheap. Not quality.
