Kalani is an exceptional person and that goes a long way
I really want him to turn the corner but I think the whole team needs a disciplinarian like Bronco (not him though) and not just the defense with Hill.
Accountability should be taught just as much as loving and learning. Tough love is still love. Love and learn, but show up and dominate. Be strictly disciplined in all things. I also think that culture eliminates the killer attitude, which they really need, or teams will come back on them with regularity or bury them deep early on.
Football is much harder than basketball to coach and to play. Kalani has his work cut out for him.
