Minny is changing ownership so you don’t know what will happen there…they also have huge tax bills coming and neither the current owner or future owner seem like high spenders. The future owners can’t even seem to pay for the team as agreed. Minny could definitely collapse…Though Ant does look like a special talent.

I’d have less confidence in Cleveland collapsing. They have a good young core locked up for many years. Mitchell may not stay, but I think Cleveland moves him this summer if he doesn’t extend. They’ll get a good return and can keep the team solid. Not to mention they are in a weak eastern conference.
