as they would like to be treated. I would hope for the same respect. And I don't feel like I have ever been stewing at my desk feeling the need to open my mouth about my thoughts and feelings on the subject but don't because of fear of being let go. A blogpost means nothing and just a nice reminder to employees to be kind to others and help you understand how to be kind. It is just not a topic. And something that I never think about in corporate America.
