Archaea Intervention Needed
For a beginner? If you want snatches, clean and jerks, deadlifts
and other forms those are for more advanced exercisers.

Giving someone some tone as they begin provides some basic success. You can add in other exercises after they get accustomed to working out. Remember who is asking. The complex motions after cardio are to provide some basic strength building.
