people success.
Not everyone has access to a bench press, dips or even pull up bar.
How do you get an overweight person to do a pull up or dip, or even a bench press without a spotter. I'm familiar with all sorts of lifting, but i also know people. If someone is working out from home, my routine will get people started.
If one wants a lifting routine, you need at least an hour and should get a trainer to get started.
