It seems like they usually find another gravy train. Some people are very good
at making money.
The problem in evaluating it is that personal balance sheets are invisible to everyone else. Also, bankruptcy can be somewhat muted to vision by others also. I wish there was an "if" clause with bankruptcy that if someone recovered in a significant way, they would have to make payments.
