I purposefully increased protein just a week ago.
I did a Keto diet about a year ago, where my focus was more on really cutting carbs rather than increasing protein and keeping calories low. Of course it was pretty high protein and pretty low calorie. But I am aiming for something more sustainable long-term. I'll consume around 70grams of protein by lunch and be around 700 calories for the day at that point, thinking that leaves me with a lot of calories for more substantial (normal?) dinners with family or eating out even. It works pretty well for me, as I am doing 60 - 240 minutes of exercise daily, too.

But the protein mix up to lunch is taking some adjustment!
