He’s like my old bishop…fulfills calling but offends some members along the way.

Frankly, he doesn’t care to please all the regular BYU fans. He can be arrogant but still be good at his job. In some ways, it’s refreshing to have a guy not be fake. He’s never been the most outgoing and friendly guy, but we have plenty of other BYU representatives that can do that.
