I'd get a multi: microwave, air fryer, convection oven, broiler, baker and roaster. Less crapola on the counter and does many different things. However, if you have a large family then a stove/oven plus the above as noted. If you are seriously re-doing have your spice rack slide out along with your drawers. Keep toaster and etc below the counter. I hope your pantry is behind your kitchen cabinets which makes putting your food away easy. You probably know all this already. Just sharing my opinion.
