If you don't feel comfortable driving the posted speed limit, drive on a road with a slower speed limit. At 15mph below the posted limit, you are likely 20 or more below the avg speed of the other drivers. That is so dangerous to everyone else on the road, and dangerous to the slow driver. Not sure where this guy was driving, but in most states driving that far below the posted limit will get you a ticket because of the safety issues it causes.
