Lefty. Left handed hitters are valuable and can small ball really well. Being a Lefty Fielder is tough because you become limited as to what infield positions you can play. Basically First Base, Pitcher, Catcher and 2nd Base.

Lefties can play plenty, including catcher…but if you have an arm they make you a pitcher. Hence no lefty catchers.
