My problem with your comment is that the program was already built.

Before her arrival, this program was routinely advancing in the NCAA tournament. You are saying she’s rebuilding the program as if it’s not her fault, but how is she not partially responsible for the roster turnover? She was able to keep Gustin, but Shaylee wasn’t beyond saving had BYU hired a more experienced coach.
