I know nothing about how she'll do here but I have a question for you.

Did you find it at all odd, that during a down year like the last one she only played about 7 players major minutes and did not seem to even attempt to develop the youth that were not clearly immediately major contributors (i.e. those not named Woolston or Whiting)?
