I realize not everything panned out, but if memory serves, that was a top 25 class at its peak. That’s rarified air at BYU, and the fact that she delivered it at first makes me want to see what she can do with two or three more classes.

Fans are utterly unreasonable in their expectations for coaches much of the time. At BYU we may not expect national title contention, but we don’t always factor in degree of difficulty either. Coach Whiting has an extremely difficult hand she has been dealt. She hasn’t delivered overwhelmingly in the win - loss column at this point, but I think she’s more than earned a couple more bites at the apple from what she has shown.
