other's NIL deals, and even NIL deals of players on other teams. Big NIL $$ gaps causes a lot of chemistry issues on a team. Last year's team had great chemistry, and that is why they did so well. Paying Jax to stay would be a net negative (yes, it's just an opinion) for the team: Jax staying but causing friction in the locker room.
