I acknowledge it is a one-off, but the lady in my ward
was fit and active. Had the energy of someone in their 50s (she was in her 70s) and travelled extensively and actively--lots of hiking, snorkeling, biking in her travels. No known health problems. It came as a shock to everyone.
Again, maybe she was an outlier and the vast majority of these deaths are fat lards who shouldn't be in the water. I have no idea.
