of society.. dealing with unreal patient expectations.. dealing with people that are upset for waiting… dealing with consultants and admitting docs that are overworked, tired or lazy.. dealing with nurses that are often up there with OB nurses as the most nasty to deal with.. dealing with admin that controls their fate.. now dealing with private equity that own them all.. they also have the least amount of fellowships or other job opportunities too.
It’s just such a loud and hectic environment where they have a never ending waiting room. They get zero breaks. Add in the cyclical shifts and you have so many issues before you even get to the stresses of medical care.
