is the lowest assistant resentful that Coach Young makes 10 times more than he
does? If he is resentful, he better hide it well.
With free agency, if a player doesn't like what they are getting they can leave in the portal for next season and try to find something better. And if they are unwilling to do that, they can always focus on school and appreciate their scholarship and room and board.
I mean of course noone wants the 13th player on the bench to be a malcontent, but quite frankly the attitude and performance of the 13th scholarship player doesn't usually affect wins and losses for the team much.
