Wegovy sounds too good to be true. 20% reduction in heat attack, stroke or heart
related death even for those who don't lose weight. Best cardio-protective medicine ever discovered. I'm still waiting to see if there's any real negative side effects, but it's looking like we're all going to be on some kind of form of semaglutide eventually, it's the biggest blockbuster drug of my lifetime.
