Is stretched too far. You stop and it snaps back to where one started pretty quickly. The last decade I’ve mostly done resistance training and not much weight lost. I recently added 3 15 minute hiit sessions a week in addition to my resistance training and I am down 15 lbs. The (very limited) cardio took the weight off but the muscle I am building, along with a healthy relationship with food, will help me keep it off a lot more easily. I don’t want a pill I feel too good when I am active.
