assassination of Rudy's defense in general. There is a reason he is DPOY. Jokic also played amazing last night, but giving up 40 points - more than Jokic has scored the entire playoffs - to your main defensive assignment isn't your best game. There's nothing "fantastic" about that. That's putting lipstick on a pig.
As I said before, I fully agree that Draymond and others pouring it on Rudy this morning are wrong. Rudy wasn't anywhere near as bad as they are making it sound. But again, it wasn't even close to a "brilliant" or "fantastic" game by Rudy either.
