It may not be the fault of the house that it has no access to the community pool. But if someone looks at the property online and sees a pool, its a relevant fact to tell prospective renters that you can't access the pool when staying there. Its not saying "these people did something wrong" to call it out, its just telling prospective tenants what to expect and how it might compare to other places they could be considering. Its a choice-guiding tool, not an evaluation of whether the owner has done a good job.
