Major slow down coming?
The economy has somehow managed to appear strong with higher rates, but I'm seeing signs of slowing:
- cars not selling and major price decreases
- homes not selling and seeing first signs of major price drops on the mid- to higher-end homes even as summer approaches
- selling an old bike at a price that is the lowest of its make/model/year, but only 1 inquiry in 3 weeks
- wife is seeing changes in gifting behavior at girl's nights and birthday parties
How much longer until we begin to see a broader ripple effect?

Then why in the last month are the prices of most the houses we are looking at in Utah dropping like a rock?
