- Naming and improving the ROC
- Build up of Cosmo as the nation's best mascot

and I"m probably missing about 20 other major things they've done. BYU has invested heavily to improve the gameday experience and it is an incredible thing now. football sometimes almost feels secondary to the pomp and pageantry they put on.
