vacation. But I did instruct those back at work to start the process of finding a replacement, as well as how we would reassign areas until the person was replaced.

I must admit I felt it was a little cowardly, that they waited till I was on vacation. Both employees are back with me again, but at a two lower levels than when they had left. One has since worked his way back up to the level he was when left, and the other is working their way back as well.
