I serve on the panel for golf digest and have played many top courses around the country. Sand Hollow, Black Desert, Glenwild and Victory ranch are as good as many higher rated courses in other states.

Mountain golf courses just don’t get the same love from raters as those on the coasts or in the sunbelt.

Tiger is designing another course in park city so Utah golf will get more attention in years to come. Not many top designers have built courses in Utah and having a recognized name on a course is part of what drives popularity and ratings.
