able to hold it on the boards after gaining the blue line long enough for his teammates to get there at least fight for it. That is tough to do but actually may have been possible here, though it seemed like the Oiler didn’t realize all his linemates were changing.

Im not sure if it was the coaches fault or poor communication among the players on the ice, or maybe a bit or both. Maybe just a brain cramp by the Edmonton puck carrier but I think it would’ve been a really tough play for him no matter what.
