There have been times when I've felt like I'd rather be dead
I've considered seeing a therapist about it, but I've never done it.
I've spoken to a few ENTs and an audiologist about it. There are solutions, but they're difficult and time consuming.
The next time I feel like I can't handle it anymore, I'll probably investigate counseling. I think I'd respond well to that.
