What was your time? I did it last week without the vest to support my boss.
He did it but only with 12lb weight instead of 20.
But it’s got me wanting to do it with the full 20 lb vest.

Hmmm. Can't do any of those. Except I do wear a 20lb "vest" all day every day

I did 45:01. My best ever was 34:48. But that was a long time ago.

I could do all that except pull ups.

The reason you can’t do the pull-ups is because you aren’t strong enough.

Training to add the pull ups isn’t that hard. Plus you can do butterfly pull ups

Pull-up part would take me all day. I’d need 20 sets of 5 with 5 mins between

I would need 100 sets of 1, with 10 minutes of rest in between

That might be where I’d end up after a handful of sets of 5 in reality.

We had to do 10 every morning/meal in Airborne school, but that was 28 years ago

For a weak boi like me, how does one get to that many pull ups?!

First, lose excess weight (huge drag for pull-ups), then add assisted pull ups

Not everyone is built for pull-ups.
