...in KVN's case it wasn't about making a mistake and then saying sorry now give me a starting position as a freshman on the football team. KVN proved he was willing to earn his place on the team. I don't know for certain the deal with Porter or what sounds like a helicopter parent but it doesn't appear to be anywhere close to KVN. KVN didn't act entitled, he came with his hat in his hand.
