My guess is that BYU and Texas are making a deal where both networks (BYU-TV and Longhorn Network) get unlimited rebroadcast rights for the games. Though I doubt that the LHN gets this game; if the game is moved to LHN, then my guess is that BYU-TV would also be allowed to show it live, though likely only OTA.
