nobody, in my circle of friends/acquaintances, are hands-on in any of those pursuits...

point of reference...at the time of the great depression, over 1/3 of the nation was still living on family farms and were basically "self-sufficient"...today, we are incarcerating more people than people who are involved in farming.

any bump in the road in our current supply chain and it will be mass hysteria.

wonder why we're told to keep a basic food supply and to be "prepared?"
