1. announcer be free to weave in some good natured digs against the opponent
2. show more replays from various angles.
3. stop saying 3rd down +distance (just say 3rd down and only do the low gravelly, energizer voice if the distance is 4 or more - otherwise just say it's 3rd down)
4. show games on the screens leading up to the game
5. do away with the flag girls unless they come up with something more interesting than waving their flags
6. use the screens to show more stats
7. use the screens to show other scores of interest and let the announcer make comments
8. be smarter about when to try and energize the crowd (3rd down and 1 after the other team has been converting the previous 5 3rd downs is usually not a time to lose your voice)
9. show more replays, especially if it means we get to boo the refs for an obvious blown call. They know when they blow a call and we ought to be able to let them re-live it (let them see it on the screens and let them hear all about it). Few things can get the crowd more riled up than when they feel like the refs just jobbed the home team.
10. I love the 7th inning stretch at baseball games. The ROC thing has some potential and I think is generally good timing, but I would love to have some kind of chant or song that the whole crowd gets into. My one complain about the ROC is that it's hard to do much more than cheer, and the BYU chant is cool but not nearly cool enough to sustain for more than a few seconds.
11. please please please put someone else in charge of hte power of the wasatch. I think my primary music leader must be leading them. They play really well and occasionally I enjoy one of their songs, but mostly I find them more than boring and I think it's due to the choreography and announcing. Please get a little more interesting.
