In my experience if there is an infant in the row in front of me I still cheer my heart out just the same, and so do many people around me, and the parents have never tried to stop other fans from doing so. IMO what is much worse is when there are entire sections of students not watching the game because they are looking to score with the girls they brought with them. Or the blue hairs who sit in the student section and yell for everyone else to sit down.
