Clarification Asking prices of the homes for sale in Circle G, Queen Creek

Ranchettes, etc. A number of people are having a little trouble selling. New build in QC Ranchettes 6 bd, 3700 sq ft. sold for 409K was on the market for 5 months and they had to drop the price $125k

Meanwhile Zillow says mine has gone up 60K+ in the last 30 days
