This is much more a women thing. And a women to women to thing. Men are attracted to healthy women with good genetics, and women are attracted to healthy men with good genetics. As long as they are healthy and their genetics are good they're natural body size is less important. It's evolution. I think women buy into the whole "thinner is better" to try and impress other women. When men see women who are so skinny they look unhealthy they are not attracted to them. Most women are not attracted to huge dudes with 3% body fat because that is also unhealthy. I don't know why women are obsessed with other women being crazy skinny. Most men don't want that.
