addictions to pornography (lust in general), drugs, alcohol, etc. because "they can't help it"? No, you conquer the addiction. Gluttony, one of the 7 deadly sins, is in a sense, an addiction to food.

If we truly believe our bodies to be temples, then the Word of Wisdom means more than just not putting deadly crap in it. It also means eating the best, healthiest food, exercising, getting enough sleep, etc. over eating junk food and being lazy. We owe it to God and ourselves to take care of the incredible gift that is our physical bodies.

Women don't need to be pencil thin, and honestly, I don't think most men find it attractive. But at the same time, the average weight of both women and men is much higher (at least in America) then it has to be or even should be.
