LG all the way. And use the 20 minute wash cycle
...for loads that aren't very soiled. Some cycles take longer since it's Eco friendly but most the time I use the quick cycle option if it's just lightly worn close that aren't very dirty.
If you have gas hookups in your laundry room, consider getting W/D with gas lines. Super cheap utilities.
