No issue whatsoever with the Bills play. That's the way the rule...
is currently written. Refs are instructed to call the targeting, review it, and then if it's not targeting, rescind it. They actually did it the way it's designed to protect players without unfairly disqualifying players.

The Koroma play was very, very weak and it's unfortunate that there is no provision for reviewing it in game. I have no doubt if there was a provision, he keeps playing. From the wrong angle, it would look bad...but it wasn't a punch. It was hand fighting and a trained technique OL use when a DL goes up to block a pass. I am sure every former offensive lineman on the planet was shaking their head in unison with Koroma.
