You're on the field in a D1 football game, if you can get both hands on it, you need to catch it. It's about who can step up and make a play. He was overpowered twice in one game. Give credit where it is due, to the DB, and yeah, Hill needs to place it better but Lotion NEEDS to catch that. You're at this level to make plays. And he didn't. Just say it how it is.
