WR has to use shoulders to power that down, as well aslats, but a
LOT of shoulder strain when extended in that postiion..teh DB could use his back and biceps and shoulders in a strong postion to wrestle it away... EASY exercise. hold your arms over your head with someone behind you pulling your hands back while you try to pull them forward ..see who wins
