How bout the charter plane goes down and the entire team dies? How bout we lose to every remaining team? How bout we have a major injury like paralysis, cancer, or brain tumor? How about we have another gang-rape incident? I could go on. But your scenario sounds pretty great to me. We don't play in an ideal bowl game? Not even close to "worst".
