Few observations about my experiences discussing this here:

1. Many CB posters seem quite unaware of national media sentiment and statements from P5 figureheads regarding the CFP and the NY6 games.
2. Most media personalities, including our own Trevor Matich, are convinced the cards are stacked against us for the NY6 EVEN IF we go undefeated. Go listen to Matich's comments on Monday's BYUSN on youtube (in fact I will link it below)
3. There is no way in Hades BYU gets in the CFP. As in EVER. As in despite two straight undefeated seasons.
4. The P5 designed the CFP and NY6, not mention put together the committee almost all of which have direct ties to the P5 conferences. The P5 does NOT intend to share the proceeds from these games.
5. The G5 auto bid is not available to us and that berth is the only one that the P5 intend to go to a non-P5 team. BYU getting into an NY6 will pretty much only occur if there is a strong consensus for BYU in the national media... and that is tenuous possibility at best.
