That's hard for me to understand. Why would they do this? But I have to admit

that I don't recall any of the well-publicized blown calls by PAC officials that favored the OOC opponent. (I'm sure it happens, but the takeaway you get from reading internet sports message boards is that the PAC officials ALWAYS side with teams from the conference.)

But which officials did the BYU-UW game when Locker got penalized for throwing the ball in the air after his touchdown?
