I think what Bronco brings more than anything else is a likeable personality...
He's the kind of guy you want coaching your kid...because he actually cares about them, and doesn't view them as a means to an end.
It's hard to want to give that up for more wins...especially when it's not a guarantee that making the change accomplishes that.
