You are a lot like my wife, with the exception being the religious experience; she's been a member since 8 and was sealed at age 1 or 2 (I can't remember!) (I can't say anything about looks without making you feel bad...!)

But her whole family are Utes. She's from the Bennion clan and they are all Utes. Great people that I love and enjoy being with, but they are Utah fans all of them. She bucked the trend, praise the Lord, and went to BYU. Her experiences after that cemented her BYU fandom forever. She's as diehard a Y fan as any of us and she loves football. She does not, however, abide the internet in general, message boards, or social media of any kind.

Anyway, I like your story. I'm right there with you and will never be able to be anything other than a BYU fan. Even if there were no sports, I would be true blue BYU. Heartbroken, but true blue.
