To be fair, it depends on what you want to do
If you want to be a CPA or in corporate Finance, a degree from BYU would be coveted.
If you want to be a medical Dr. then I would choose Utah over BYU or USU mostly because Utah is the only one of those 3 with a medical school.
If I wanted to go into Agricultural Science, I'd probably go to USU. This isn't smack either, lots of good careers and jobs in this area.
