It does in that it is not yet complete. If I took a snap shot of Rose last

season when he was sitting at 8-7, would that have been fair? Incomplete data is excluded all the time as it should be.

Bronco will coach at least 12 if not 13 games this season. 7 games in is an incomplete set. Incomplete sets get excluded, end of story.
