A week and a half in and I am at 2.2%. By New Year's Day I want to be down 13%.
I am changing the way I eat. Eliminating soda (except for Izze) and eating fewer treats and sugary things. I will still have desserts and such but just being more careful about what and when. More fruits and veggies in the diet. Better breakfasts, saying g'bye to the cap'n.
I'm picking up the activity. More basketball, more walks, toss in some actual workouts during the week.
So who is with me. Anyone else got some weight loss goals to share and inspire?
